The house is located in the municipality of L'Ametlla de Meroa, in the southern half of the region of Berguedà (better known as the 'Baix Berguedà'), in the province of Barcelona.

It is a landscape of slightly elevated mountains and with soft reliefs, where the forest coexists with cultivated fields and that hides many unfortunately little known treasures... And one of these treasures is that we find ourselves in wine land!!!

An example of this activity can be found in the surroundings of the house, where constructions and installations related to the wine are still preserved, such as the tubs... The house currently belongs to a property where wine is produced with the DO Pla de Bages.

If you want to know more about the culture of wine in these lands, you have the possibility to participate in activities, for example:

Guided tour of the historical heritage of wine, with an explanation of the historical techniques of vine cultivation and wine production.

Wine Tasting workshop of the Do Pla de Bages
Visit to nearby wineries of the Pla de Bages
Visit to the historical patrimony and linked to the world of the wine of the municipality of Navàs.

These activities have a cost apart from the accommodation and must be requested previously.

But you can not only find activities related to wine, in the immediate vicinity of the house there are many signposted trails to make pleasant excursions and the region of Berguedà offers a very wide range of activities related to the Nature and Sports.
