XII century house, situated in the village of Guardia d'Urgel. Restored for rural tourism use in 2010. This house combines intact parts that speak of his distant past as are the wine and water tanks, the winery and also modern facilities. The outdoor area have a nice courtyard and private fully enclosed, distributed in different areas: fitness, an area of water with Jacuzzi, sauna and whirlpool, a central area with tables and chairs and a table tennis, a small garage with bicycles for adults and children, woodshed, a porch with a nice barbecue and a game room with billiards and foosball. Located at the far end and located in a somewhat higher level, we have a fenced pool with gazebo, a dressing room with shower and one side closed space with a nice grassy area with playground enabled. All house facilities are used exclusively for guests and free. Additional service catering to clients' request.

We can access to the house from a nice and quiet square or back through the garden. The house is enabled for use by persons with physical disabilities and has an elevator that connects the three floors of housing. On the first floor we have the following facilities:living room, dining room and kitchen equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer - bathroom fitted with shower,laundry room with washer and dryer and a double. On the second floor rooms have a quad, two triples, one double and one single.All rooms are ensuite. The house is equipped with air conditioning,central heating underfloor heating and Wi-Fi.

The guardia de Urgell is a small village of about 170 habitants located in thecountyof Urgell, in the middle of the plain of Lleida. This region is peaceful and accessible, characterized by its rural character and landscape of fields. Scattered through its territory we can find cultural highlights how attractive are the monastery of Cistercian monks Vallbona of them (female Cistercian monastery largest in Catalonia founded the twelfth century, which hosts events and exhibitions throughout the year), the Romanesque church of Santa Agramunt Mary, the church of Sant Pere de Bellver de Osso, the Iberian settlement of mill Lavender, Almenara's lookout tower, etc.. Thecountyof Urgell, in conjunction with the Alt Camp and Conca de Barbera is part of theCistercian Route, a 105 km route well marked and suitable for all ages, the natural charm of this area is ideal for exploring walking or with a mountain bike. The village lies between Tarrega and Agramunt-the most important centres of the region and where to find all types of trade and services, and hosts various fairs and festivals such as the Fair Tàrrega Theatre.
