Farm of 170 acres surround it by fields and woods, located on a cliff 954 m high, where there is an excellent view of the Vall d'en Bas. It is a property dedicated to the breeding of purebred cows “Blonde d'Aquitaine”. The property does not have an excessive production and during spring and summer, cattle walk around the fields. The area where the house is located is formed by a group of four houses: the house where the owners live and three independent lodgings (See also property Ref: 11931, 11932). Close to the houses there is a barbecue and a pergola in front of a fenced area with two pools. Next to the house there is a big games room with billiards, “futbolín”, ping-pong and large fireplace grill, kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher and fridge.

Cosy stone house in an old defence tower. Distributed on two floors, in the ground floor, living room with fireplace, TV and comfortable sofas. In another room we find a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher and a table to eat. Also a bathroom with shower. Stairs lead to the upper floor where there is a nice room with a wooden roof and open staircase, double bed and a sofa for one person. Central heating.

On the estate you can enjoy the livestock, above all the cattle. It may even be possible to witness the birth of calves as they are born all year round. The estate is near the source of the river Fluvià, which passes through the estate at various points, ideal for swimming in the summer. There is also a beautiful Romanic church inside the boundries of the estate. As well as the famous historic sights of the Garrotxa region , well worth a visit is the area popularly known as ‘L'esquirrol', in particularly the hermitage of Sant Julià de Cabrera, refuge of 15th and 16th century travellers, a two hour walk over the spectacular undulating countryside.
