RURAL HOTEL located in the outskirts of the village of Olopte, in La Cerdanya. Old barn carefully recovered and respecting the stone walls and wood beams. Characterized by the tranquillity of the surroundings where is located and the limited number of guests. Located within a PEIN (Space of Natural Interest) where we will be able to enjoy the nature in all senses. The house has parking, room service, terrace with outer furniture and Wifi. Municipal swimmingpool in Bellver de Cerdanya (8km). The price shown is for a double room with bath, two/ seven night´s bed and breakfast.

The house is divided in two plants with access by the upper part, from an outer terrace. In the top plant there are three quadruple rooms and one triple room, each one with private bathroom. We have access to the lower level by inner stairs, where we can find a triple room and a double room, both with bathroom. These two rooms are separated from the common area for a small distributor that, if it is necessary, can be closed so there is a small independent space for the two rooms. In this level we can also find the dining room (where the breakfasts is served) and a cosy living room with sofas, chimney and charming views of the valley of the Duran river. All the rooms are outer and have electrical heating.

The house is located in the middle of La Cerdanya, a fact that allows us to enjoy this region of the easiest way i comfortable. It is worth making excursions to the lakes of la Pera and lakes of Meranges, visit the town of Llívia and the Natural Park of Cadi Moixeró. Just 14 km. from Puigcerdà (capital of the region), with an ice rink, cinemas, restaurants, shops and swimming pool. Near Catalan, French and Andorra ski stations. Romanesque monuments: Ger, Saga, Cortes, Villec, among others. Archaeology: prehistoric tombs in Fou de Bor (Bellver), Orèn y Anes (Prullans), Talltendre, among others. Festivals and cultural events: Easter meeting in Talló (Bellver de Cerdanya) fire and Canigó flame on the night of San Juan in several villages, Festa del Llac in Puigcerdà, the last Sunday of August. Bellver de Cerdanya Fair (October). Puigcerdà Fair (November). International Music Festival Llívia (summer). Not far from France, where we can find the natural hot springs of Dorres, Llo and Mont Louis. In the house you will find all types of information and help and also has a mountain guide.
