Town house from the early nineteenth century, restored in 2008, located in the small quiet town of Santa Susanna. Today is a very comfortable space to enjoy the life of the small coastal town and also next to Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park. 5 minutes from the house we found the beach and 500 metres the train station. Located 30 minutes from Barcelona and 1 hour from Girona. Garden with fruit trees, outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Old town house where traditional elements are retained as the roofs of Catalan vaults. Distributed in 3 levels. From the ground floor space with a nice swing and a few old wine press, we access to the dining room with a large table and access to the garden, in the end the kitchen with fireplace, sofa and side table, fully equipped, refrigerator , microwave, stove, oven and dishwasher. Also a room with washing machine. From the hallway to the left a stairs lead to the first floor, living room with sofas, television and DVD that gives way to two continue bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed and a room with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the other side a double bed room with bathroom with shower. At a second level an open space with a sloping roof where there are two single beds. Central heating.
