Located near the village of Fornells, in a property where they grow ornamental plants. The house dates from 1872 and it has been restored respecting the original style, adding all the commodities. In the kitchen, the ancient bread horn has been conserved. Big garden all around the house, with swimming-pool 12 X 6 m., barbecue, two wooden pergolas with outside furniture and a jacuzzi and sauna (payment service).

Three floor house. We enter into the house by a big room leading to the different outbuildings : a 12 or 14 people dining room which communicates with the living room and a second dining room for 6 people through large windows. Equipped kitchen with burners and electric oven, fridge, microwaves, dishwasher and electrical appliance. One bedroom with double bedroom, complete bathroom and direct access to the garden. Living room with large windows on the garden and way out to the porch, chimney, TV set and satellite, music set… Three stairs separate the living room and the dining rooms.On the first floor, a big hall with a table leads to the seven bedrooms, all with complete bathrooms 4 with bath and 3 with shower. Bedrooms, 6 with one double bed and one with 2 single beds. On the second floor, there are a spacious bedroom with a double bed, an independent living room equipped with a sofa bed for 2 persons, TV set and VCR, and a bathroom with bath. Nice views on the garden and the surroundings from this bedroom. Outdoor Tennis Table. Central heating.

Thanks to its great location in the center of Girona, the house permits to accede to the Costa Brava beaches (20km.), the Pyrenees (60km.), the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park (50 km.), Banyoles (20 km.) and Besalú (30 km.). Girona deserves a special mention for the beauty of its Jewish part, its ancient part and its cathedral. Golf and hot springs in Caldes de Malavella, riding club. The green trail joining Olot to Sant Feliu de Guixols, via Girona is close to the house. 90 km. from Barcelona.
