Area dedicated to farming and ranching. Located in the Pla del'Estany in the small town of Fontcoberta (80 people) and5 kmfrom Lake Banyoles. The house, restored in 2011, is located on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a space to leave cars and a spacious, nice porch with table, chairs, ping pong and a lot of room to play. Something beyond a closed garden area with porch and garden furniture and swimming pool (10 x 4). On the farm, wherethe owners reside, there is a small farm of poultry (chickens and geese), which we can gather and enjoy their prized eggs.
