XVII century farmhouse restored in 2008 into two independent rural lodgings. Located within the golf of Roses in the small neighbourhood of Baiseia, formed by several houses, in the municipality of a small population of 180 inhabitants call Siurana), 7 km. south of Figueres. The house surrounded by fields is located in a typical inland landscape of the Empordà where traditional life has not been affected by coastal tourism. Each accommodation has its own outdoor furniture and barbecue, and share a big garden area with playground and a fenced swimming pool (10 x 4 m.). It is a perfect place to rest and enjoy the beach (10km of distance) and that has very good communications to enjoy the enchantments of this territory.

House distributed in a single floor with entrance from the garden. Once inside we found a spacious living room and dining room. This room is tastefully decorated and features a large window that gives plenty of light and vitality. It is equipped with TV and wood stove. From here we have access to different units, on one side to the modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and vitro-ceramic as well as the 3 rooms. One room with double bed and one single bed with a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and one single bed and finally a single bed room with possibility of adding an extra bed. These last two rooms share a bathroom and shower. Central heating. Customers can use the laundry service in the annex house for 6 euros.

This place is ideal for those who want to enjoy this region thanks to its location and communication. It is very close to towns with lots of charm like Girona (Jewish Quarter, Cathedral), Figueres (Toy Museum, Dali Museum), l’Escala, Banyoles or La Bisbal de l'Empordà, to a maximum of 40km. The beaches of St. Pere Pescador (Costa Brava) are just 10 km away. Also you can visit the Natural Park of Aiguamolls (declared a natural protected area), the greek and roman ruins of Empúries or make excursions by foot or Btt through the different paths that traverse this land of great beauty.
