Isolated farmhouse situated within Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park. Large outdoor areas, surrounded by forests of pines and oaks in a quiet area. The nearest town with services is Pineda de Mar (6 km) where you can also enjoy the wide and long sandy beaches with an approximate length of 2,820 m, located 7km away from the house. Barbecue and a small pool (6 x 2 m) and 1,50 m depth.

Distributed on two levels, a large entrance hall and distributor leads to a room with stone walls, this area connects with a large kitchen / dining room with fireplace, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator, the kitchen has an exit to the rear of the house and the barbecue area. From the entry we have access to the living area with sofas, fireplace and TV, 1 double bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. On the top floor, 3 double rooms with big bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 room specially designed for children with 4 bunk beds (8 beds). A bathroom with shower, a bathroom with two showers and a toilet. Heating by electric radiators.

60km from Barcelona, this is a very quiet place to spend a few relaxing days and enjoy the villages and vast and splendid beaches of Calella, Sant Pol de Mar in Lloret de Mar, Tossa de Mar, Blanes, etc. We can visit the Basilica of Santa Maria in Mataró, Coll i Regàs house in Mataró, Torre de Nadal in Vilassar, etc. There are also activities for young and old as paintball (2 km from home), water park in Vilassar de Mar, adventure playground with zip lines, bridges and walkways in Dosrius-Canyamars, horseback riding, archery ... We must not forget that the house is located within the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park, so all year we can go hiking, cycling, discovering nature and looking for mushrooms. In Santa Susanna we can find the BTT center of the Maresme, a reception point with information and services, and more than a hundred km of signposted walks all free access. The mild climate throughout the year and the luminosity of the landscape make this area a special place to enjoy all year-round.
