CONDITIONS:

Booking and deposits:

On confirming a booking you will be required to pay a deposit corresponding to 25% of the total amount of the booking. If this payment is not received within the week following your confirmation, your booking will be considered cancelled.

The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on your arrival at the house. In some cases you will be required to pay the remaining amount one week before your arrival at the house. In each case will be specified in the confirmation document.

Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until you have received your booking document and RuralVerd has received your deposit.
The costs of bank transfers are charged to the customer and should never be subtracted from the total amount of the booking.

The property owners reserve the right to ask for a damage deposit which will be returned to you on your day of departure.You will be informed of the requirement of such a deposit, along with the amount in your booking document.

Booking documents:

When RuralVerd has received your deposit (25% of the total amount) you will be sent a BOOKING document in which you will find all the necessary instructions and maps for arrival.

Cancellations:

The cancellation of a reservation produces expenses calculated on the amount of the deposit reserve:

Refunds:

The cancellation of a booking gives the right to retain the following amounts:

1. 5 % of the deposit when the cancellation of the booking has been made more than 30 days in advance of the arrival date.
2. 50% of the deposit when the cancellation of the booking has been made between 30 and 7 days in advance of the arrival date.
3. 100% of the deposit if the cancellation of the deposit is made in the 7 days prior to the arrival date.
In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the client the same conditions for refunds will be applied as here stated.

Compensation for waiver of the stay.

When the client of an apartment leaves before the date which it was reserved, must pay the remaining days of stay than the amounts specified in the preceding article, taking into account the deadlines set.

Arrival and departure time:

The arrival time is between 17.00 and 20.00. Departure is before 12.00 midday.
For weekend stays the departure time can normally be delayed until the afternoon as long as it does not interfere with the arrival of other clients ( If other clients are arriving at the property the same day you will be advised beforehand). Each property owner may have their own requirements for arrival and departure times.

Number and identification of clients:

The number of clients occupying a house or room must never exceed the number stipulated on the booking document, except in the case of children under 2 years old.
On arrival you will be required to fill in the client identification form.

Prices:

The prices include the accommodation contracted, independent lodging or rooms, with or without meals. Any other kind of extra service or unspecified feature are not included.

Pets:

Pets will only be admitted in the properties specified on RuralVerd’s website.
It is the clients obligation to keep pets under control at all times keeping them away from sofas and beds. The client will be held responsible for any damage caused by pets.

Your responsibilities:

If you find any fault with appliances or part of the house, missing equipment, or equipment in bad condition, it is essential that you contact the property owner or RuralVerd so that the problem can be immediately dealt. We do not wish any inconvenience to interrupt or spoil a comfortable and pleasurable stay. If you do not warn us of any inconvenience we will not be able to offer any kind of compensation after your stay has ended.

In compliance with the Organic Law (Ley Orgánica) 115/1999 on the protection of personal information, RURALVERD, S.L. informs the USER that the personal details facilitated during the booking process are saved automatically into a data base for which RURALVERD S.L.(Carrer del Pí 11, Principal, 3, 08002, Barcelona) is responsible. The purpose of this data base is to store and administrate information on clients who have contracted the services of the booking agency. This archive has been correctly inscribed into the General Register for the Protection of Information (Registro General de Protección de Datos) and at the same time its existence notified to the Information Protection Agency (Agencia de Protección de datos).

The sending of booking forms for rural accommodation through the websites www.ruralverd.com and www.ruralverd.es implies the express consent of the USER for RURALVERD, S.L. to cede the personal information of the USER to the people necessary to administrate the data base.

In compliance with Articles 14 and 15 Title III of the aforementioned law, all USERS of www.ruralverd.com and www.ruralverd.es have the right to access, rectify or cancel their personal details. In order to exercise these rights an email form the applicant is required to be sent to the following address: info@ruralverd.com

The use of the RuralVerd booking system implies that you accept these conditions

DATA PROTECTION: All the information requested is part of the reservation contract and is recorded in a database for exclusive use of the recipients of the reservation contract.

ELECTRONIC CONTRACT:The booking contract is made only by the emails sent between the two parts, storing the content in a database not accessible by the user.

ARCHIVE OF CONTRACT: The parties agree Icnea Tecnologia SL (Mandri 38, Barcelona) to act as a trusted third party and to have the custody of the booking contract.

PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORIZATION: The client allows receive promotional communications via email if they can unsubscribe at any time.
