Old Catalan country house of 1768. Recently recovered respecting the characteristics of the time that it was constructed. The house is located in the municipal term of Vilajuïga, a small and calm town of 1000 inhabitants, communicated with main highways and the train. The outside of the house has a garden of 1600m2, two terraces with views to the field that it surrounds the house and a porch. Portable barbecue. Free entrance to the municipal swimmingpool of the town (300m). In bookings of more than one week, cleaning and change of bed clothes and towels every 4 days.

The house is distributed in two floors with a capacity for 7 persons. Kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, microwaves and furnace. Living room with TV and chimney. A total of 4 rooms: one room with a double bed, two rooms with 2 individual beds and one room with a single bed that you access to them the double room. Three complete baths. Central heating and free connection to Internet. Possibility of two additional beds without additional cost.

Cultural visits in Vilajuïga, known by their Jewish synagogue, and the castle of Quermançó, a medieval castle of Catalan style. From Vilajuïga it is possible to be acceded on foot to the Monastery of St Pere de Roda, taking advantage of the route Dolmens. The house is located to only 12km of Figueres where there is an ample offert of activities including visits to Museum of Dalí, the museum of the toy and the museum of the Empordà. Perelada to 7km with golf course and their famous casino. Main beaches of the Alt Empordà: Roses and Llança (7km). Cadaques (16km) and Port of the Forest (12km). Girona to 60km.
