An authentic catalan house dating from the Xth century. Stone and wooden beams made, it evaluated and adapted through the time. That's how the annexes has been transformed in three tastefully decorated apartments (See also property Ref: 32420 and 32421) . The property is located in a very agreeable environment, at 800 m. high, which gives superb views on the valleys and the forests. The clients have at their disposal a shadowed area to rest, with tables and chairs, and a 3X7 m. swimming pool. The owners offer fruits and vegetables they produce, such as the chicken they grow in the bio way.

Decorated with taste, it's divided in two floors. We enter in a large room divided in two areas : the living room and the kitchen. Le living room has an agreeable chimney, TV set and sofas for five people. Equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, electric horn and 6 people table. On the same floor, there are two double bedrooms, one with two singles beds and the other one with a double bed. Complete bathroom with shower. Stairs leads to the first floor where there's a large room with a two people sofa, convertible into an additional bed. Central fuel heating.

The Osona region is located between sea and mountains, close to Barcelona. It's beauty is in the diversity of its landscapes and in its important historical past with the numerous iberic, roman, baroque and modernist remains. The Vic region is famous for its typical gastronomic products, which you have to taste. In Vic, the square with its numerous arches, where there are the market each Saturday and the famous Ram market, the roman temple, the wall remains, the cathedral, the old houses and the modernist houses. Possibility of doing excursions and agreeable walks in the surroundings. Balloons flights, fishing, trekking, horse riding and mountain bikes renting in Vic.
